CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Mix first 6 ingredients. Mix well to managing consistency. Let rise until double in size. Roll out 1/2 inch thick. Spread raisins and nuts; mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the rolled out dough. Roll up and slice. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Ice with powdered sugar.
