CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 egg
3 c. self rising flour
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. buttermilk

Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, egg and buttermilk, beat in flour, knead and add more flour if needed, dough will be a little sticky. Roll in oblong shape. Spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll up. Cut into slices.

In baking pan, melt 1/4 cup butter, sprinkle with brown sugar (1/2 cup). Lay rolls on top and cover. Let rise until double, approximately 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
