ONE RISE CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. shortening
1 egg
3 to 3 1/2 c. flour

SPREAD FOR DOUGH:

1/4 c. soft butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar

Combine brown sugar and whipping cream in 9 x 13 pan. Mix remaining ingredients in order listed and knead as usual for bread dough. Roll dough into 7 x 15 rectangle. Spread with 1/4 cup soft butter, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Roll and slice, place in prepared pan. Let rise. Bake at 375 degrees until done about 25 to 30 minutes.
