GERMAN GARDEN SALAD 
1 head lettuce
3 or 4 tomatoes
1 cucumber

DRESSING:

1 sm.-med. onion
8 oz. plain, lowfat yogurt
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. mayonnaise (may use yogurt OR sour cream)
10 tbsp. milk
Salt
Pepper
Sugar (sm. amount)

Cut vegetables into small pieces. Mix dressing and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate. Serves 4.
