GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
6 c. diced cooked potatoes
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1 tsp. celery seed
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar

Cook onions in bacon fat, blend flour, sugar, salt, celery seed, pepper, vinegar and water. Cook well. Add potatoes and bacon. Serve warm.
