FRUIT LEATHER 
2 c. fruit pulp
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. corn syrup

Blend together. Line a jelly roll pan with Saran Wrap. Can tape down with freezer tape. Pour mixture on wrap, spread thin leaving a 1-inch margin around edges. Dry at 150 to 200 degrees for 8 hours until surface is not sticky. Remove from pan while still warm and roll up.
