EMERGENCY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can Green Giant early peas w/onions, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix vegetables and soup together. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
