PEPPER STIR FRY 
1 c. teriyaki sauce
1/2 c. wine or red wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. honey
2 lb. round steak or chicken, cut in strips
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 c. green onions, chopped
1/4 c. salad oil
4-5 green, red or yellow peppers, cut in strips

Combine teriyaki sauce, wine, garlic powder, ginger, honey, and meat. Marinade in glass covered container overnight. Heat oil in large stir fry pan. Brown meat and cover. Simmer meat for 1/2 hour then turn up heat. Add vegetables (except for tomatoes) and toss until vegetables are tender. Mix cornstarch in water and add to pan. (Cook on simmer until thickened.) Add tomatoes (optional). Cover to steam. Serve over rice.
