CREAM CHEESE ICING FOR CARROT
CAKE
 
1/2 c. butter, soft
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temp.
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. walnuts or pecans, ground

1. Cream together butter, vanilla and cream cheese with electric beater.

2. Slowly add sugar.

3. Spread icing on cook cake.
