GARDEN SALAD BOWL 
1 clove garlic
2 c. diced, cooked green beans
2 c. diced, cooked carrots
1 c. diced celery
2 tsp. chopped chives
1/2 c. chopped stuffed olives
1/4 c. lemon juice, fresh
1 to 2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Mayonnaise

Rub salad bowl with cut clove of garlic. Alternate layers of vegetables and olives in lettuce lined bowl. sprinkle each layer with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Before serving, add mayonnaise to moisten, toss lightly. Makes 6 servings.
