GINGER CHEESE SALAD BOWL 
4 c. coarsely torn and loosely measured greens
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
4 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. seedless green grapes
1/3 c. sliced almonds, toasted

Line a salad bowl with greens; top with seedless green grapes, toasted almonds and cheese cubes with grated orange rind.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
4 tsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. dry sherry
1 1/2 tsp. wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together and pour over salad just before serving.
