CHOCOLATE OATMEAL CAKE 
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 oz. Choco Bake (Nestle's)
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Pour boiling water over oats, let stand for 20 minutes. Beat butter until creamy. Add sugar, vanilla, eggs, Choco Bake and oats. Mix well. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes in a bundt pan. Use any chocolate icing.
