BRITT'S LOBSTER SALAD (HUMMER
SALAD IN SWEDISH)
 
1 c. (6 1/2 oz. can) lobster meat (about)
1 c. (5 oz. can) asparagus tips (about)
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 to 1 1/2 c. small peas
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. heavy cream
Lettuce leaves

Drain lobster meat and slice. Drain asparagus and peas. Blend mayonnaise and whipped cream. Layer all ingredients in deep serving bowl. Garnish with nice pieces of lobster meat, asparagus, and lettuce. Chill. Makes 4 to 6 servings. One boiled lobster may be substituted for canned lobster.
