PORK CHOPS AND DRESSING 
6 to 8 pork chops
1 pan corn bread
4 to 5 slices bread
2 c. celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. poultry seasoning or dash of sage

Brown pork chops and save drippings. Crumble corn bread and bread into large bowl. Mix with remaining ingredients. Moisten with drippings from pork chops until it will just hold together; if necessary add a little warm water. Pour mixture into baking dish, place pork chops on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until dressing is done.
