CHICKEN BRUNSWICK STEW 
2 chickens, cut up
Salt & pepper to taste
1 to 1 1/2 lb. bag frozen butter beans, cooked
1 to 1 1/2 lb. bag frozen corn
1 qt. tomatoes
4 med. potatoes, grated
1 pod hot pepper (optional)

Cook and debone chicken; add salt, pepper, butter beans, corn and tomatoes. Cook for about 1 hour. Add potatoes and pepper; simmer for 30 minutes.
