STEAK AND POTATO CASSEROLE | |
Roll Steak Bread crumbs Lard Potatoes, sliced Onions, sliced Salt and pepper Butter both sides of steaks with lard and coat with bread crumbs. Place in casserole with potatoes on bottom, then onions, and lastly steak. Continue layering until all is used. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Sprinkle a little water on top and cover. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, according to the amount. |
