GRAHAM CRACKER PIE 
CRUST:

16 graham crackers (rolled fine)
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix crust ingredients and shape into pie crust in pie tin.

FILLING:

Heat 2 cups milk and add:

3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar

Cook filling until thick. Pour into prepared pie shell and cover with meringue made with 3 egg whites and 6 teaspoon sugar. Brown meringue in 350 degree oven.
