GRAHAM CRACKER PIE WITH FILLING 
16 crushed graham crackers
1 tsp. flour
1/2 c. softened butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Press half of mixture into pie pan, press firmly.

CUSTARD FILLING:

1 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

Add to 2 cups scalded milk, cook until thick. Pour into crust. Put meringue on top with remainder of crumbs.
