GRAHAM CRACKER CUSTARD PIE 
CRUST:

20 graham crackers
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar

Roll out graham crackers. Melt butter and add to crackers with sugar. Use 3/4 of mixture for pie shell, use balance for top of meringue. Cook shell in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes (turn once during cooking time).

FILLING:

2 egg yolks
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch (heaping)
Pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Combine everything in saucepan and cook on medium heat until thick; pour into shell. Beat egg whites until foamy; add 3 tablespoons sugar gradually until stiff peaks form. Pile on top of filling and sprinkle remainder of crumbs on top.

Bake in 350 degree oven until brown.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
