GRAHAM CRACKER CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 4 ingredients for crust and press into an 8 inch pie plate to form a crust. For filling, scald milk in double boiler, mix sugar, salt, cornstarch, and beaten egg yolks together. Add to milk and cook slowly until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool, add vanilla and pour into pie shell. Cover with meringue.

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites
3 tbsp. sugar
Few grains salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Sprinkle with a few graham crumbs. Bake 10-15 minutes or until browned at 350 degrees.
