GRAHAM CRACKER CREAM PIE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
3 egg yolks
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. sugar

Combine graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into 9 inch pie pan.

Combine egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar and cornstarch. Gradually add to it milk. Heat until thickens and starts to boil. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into pie pan.

Beat egg whites until thick. Add 3 tablespoons sugar. Beat until it forms meringue. Spread on top of custard. Combine 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs with 1 teaspoon sugar. Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake in 325 degree oven 15 minutes.
