BELGIUM COOKIES 
2 1/2 sticks butter
4 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
7 eggs, separated
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla

Soften butter, cream with sugar and mix in egg yolks slowly. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Slowly add flour - mix well until flour is all gone. Beat egg whites hard and fold in. Cook in waffle iron.
