MARINADE 
1 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. honey
2 tbsp. minced garlic
2 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Blend 15-20 seconds in jar of blender. Marinate steak, chicken or pork chops one hour before cooking. Cook on grill, basting as meat is turned. Chicken can be pre-cooked in oven or microwave about half done. Then finish cooking on grill. Unused marinade keeps well in refrigerator 3-4 weeks.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
