TABBOULI SALAD 
1 c. bulgar, uncooked
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. parsley
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced

Pour hot water over wheat, let stand 1 hour, drain and return to bowl. Add all ingredients and blend. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve on pita bread. Shrimp added tastes great.
