1 loaf cocktail rye bread 1/2 lb. lean corned beef, sliced thin 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cut in squares 8 oz. can or bag sauerkraut Thousand Island dressing Place rye bread slices on cookie sheet. Spread each with Thousand Island dressing. Spoon on sauerkraut, then place slice of corned beef and then a slice of Swiss cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts. Or, if in a hurry, place in broiler until cheese melts. Transfer to pretty tray and serve! |
