1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. horseradish 2 tbsp. soft butter 24 slices party rye bread 24 thin slices corned beef 1/2 c. well drained sauerkraut 12 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half Combine first three ingredients. Spread butter evenly on each slice of bread (1/4 teaspoon). Place slice of corn beef on each slice of bread. (Fold to fit.) Top each with 1/2 teaspoon sauce, 1 teaspoon sauerkraut and 1 slice of cheese. Place on greased baking sheet. Broil 8" from heat 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. 2 dozen. |
