NO FAIL PIE DOUGH | |
3 c. flour 1 1/4 c. shortening 1 tsp. salt 1 egg, well beaten 5 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. vinegar Cut shortening into flour and salt. Pour liquid into flour. Blend with spoon until flour is all moistened. Makes 3 (9 inch) pie crusts. For an unfilled pie shell bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. You can divide and freeze unused portions. |
