TEXAS HOT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. buttermilk

Mix flour and sugar. In a pan, combine butter, cocoa, oil and water. Bring to a boil and pour over flour and sugar mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and bake at 350 degrees until done. Top with icing (below).

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 box confectioners sugar
1 c. nuts

Mix butter, cocoa and buttermilk and bring to a boil. Add confectioners sugar and nuts; beat until well mixed. Pour over cake while hot.
