1 (8 oz.) bag nacho Dorito chips, crushed
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 1/2 c. stuffed green olives, chopped
1/2 l b. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Line 9"x3" pan with chips. Brown the beef with onions; drain. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix. Pour over chips. Layer the remaining five ingredients over the meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. May partially bake and then freeze.
