2 lbs. ground beef 2 pkgs. taco seasoning 1 lg. bag tortilla or nacho chips 2 lg. tomatoes, chopped 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 head shredded lettuce 1 lg. can black olives, sliced 3-4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream (optional) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Brown ground beef in skillet; drain. Prepare meat with taco seasoning according to package instructions. Arrange layer of tortilla or nacho chips in bottom of pan. Add layer of ground beef; then add layers of tomatoes, onion, lettuce, olives and cheese. Start over with another layer of chips, continue layering to top of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Daub with sour cream before serving if desired. |
