GRANDMA'S COLESLAW 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. lemon juice
8 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Mix mayonnaise, sugar, celery seed, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Pour over cabbage, carrots, onion and parsley. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
