SHRILEY'S FAMOUS BAKED BEANS 
4 slices bacon
2 (1 lb.) cans pork & beans
1/4 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. finely crushed gingersnaps

Cut bacon in small pieces. Place in a 1 1/2 quart glass casserole. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir halfway through microwave time. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave on high for 10 minutes. Stir every 4 minutes. Gingersnaps add lots of flavor. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
