TWO BEAN BAKE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 med. apple, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1/4 c. catsup
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar

Place butter in 11 x 17 inch glass baking dish or 2 quart casserole, microwave full power 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in apple and onion, cover with wax paper. Microwave full power 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients, mix well, cover. Microwave full power 6 to 7 minutes or until heated through. Stirring after 4 minutes. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
