EASY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns, thawed
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
5 tbsp. onion
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 stick butter, split

TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. corn flakes

Mix all ingredients and top with topping mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
