COMPANY CHICKEN 
2 whole chicken breasts (split)
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. sherry
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 c. hot cooked rice

Place chicken skin side up in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Melt butter in saucepan. Add everything except rice. Stir and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve gravy over rice and breasts on mounds of rice. Serves 6.
