CHEESE CRISPIES 
1/2 lb. New York Sharp Cheddar (shredded)
2 sticks butter
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
2 c. all purpose flour
1 3/4 c. rice crispies

Blend together cheese and butter. Add other ingredients in order. Shape into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork.

Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
