CHEESE WAFERS 
1 c. butter, soft or melted
1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
1 c. self rising flour
1 c. rice crispies
Dark red pepper

Mix together and form into walnut size balls.

Bake at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until just barely brown. They will flatten out as they cook.

Makes about 4 dozen.
