LORRAINE'S CHEESE WAFERS 
10 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 sticks butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. rice crispies
2 c. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
dash of red pepper

Mix well. Form into small balls and flatten with a fork.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 15 to 20 minutes at 325°F.
