CRABMEAT OR SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped celery
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1/4 c. bread crumbs, buttered
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can (7 1/3 oz.) crabmeat
1 c. diced shrimp
2 c. elbow macaroni or noodles

Saute onion and celery in butter until soft. Add spices and flour, stir in milk to thicken. Add shrimp or crabmeat. Boil macaroni, drain and then mix macaroni with above mixture. Put into buttered casserole dish and top with bread crumbs and a dash of lemon juice on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
