CRABMEAT AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crab
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
6 tbsp. butter
3 heaping tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Red pepper
1/4 c. sherry
1 pt. half and half
Shredded cheese

Melt butter and add spices and flour. Gradually blend in half and half. Stir, cooking over medium heat until mixture thickens. Add sherry, fold in seafood and pour into buttered casserole. Top with cheese. Put in cold oven; heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
