PUMPKIN BISCUITS 
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. shortening
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. pumpkin

Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl; cut in shortening. Stir in sugar and pumpkin. Mix well. Pat dough to 1 inch thickness on a floured board and cut with a biscuit cutter. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
