1 family size instant dark chocolate pudding
1 chocolate cake mix
1 lg. Cool Whip or LaCreme
3-5 Heath bars, crumbled

Follow directions on cake mix and bake in 2 round layer pans. Prepare instant dark chocolate pudding. Slice each layer of cake in half, making 4 layers. Alternate cake, pudding, crumbled Heath bars and Cool Whip. Save some crumbled Heath bars to sprinkle on last layer of Cool Whip.
