CRAB QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 cans (6 oz. each) flaked crabmeat, drained
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 unbaked pastry shell (9")

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in crab, onion, parsley and cheese. Spoon into the pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Makes 6-8 servings.
