CRAB QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
12 oz. (3 c.) crabmeat, flaked
8 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
1 (3 c.) chopped onion
Unbaked pie shell

Mix mayonnaise, flour, milk and eggs until well blended. Stir in crabmeat, cheese and onion. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
