CHICKEN WINGS 
4 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. white sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. powdered ginger
1/2 c. pineapple juice (from canned pineapple)
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. garlic powder

Discard wing tips and cut into halves. Place in container after well drained of water. Cover with sauce and marinate overnight or longer. Place wings in shallow pan, side by side. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. You may have to add more sauce if they become too dry. Use more wings if necessary as there is ample sauce to cover more. Do not reuse sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
