CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
12 wings
3 tbsp. butter
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp. ginger
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. mace
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

Brown wings and onions in butter. Blend orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, all the spices. Add pineapple and pour over chicken. Simmer about 30 minutes.

Remove the chicken wings. Add cornstarch to the sauce to thicken sauce, on low heat. Ready to serve when sauce has thickened. Serving suggestions: fried rice, stir fries or noodles.
