CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
30 chicken wings
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 to 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. Chinese spice powder

Mix sauce ingredients. Marinate chicken wings in sauce overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
