CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
1 bottle soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. garlic
About 6 to 7 lbs. chicken wingettes

Mix all ingredients. Add chicken. Marinate at least 4 hours; better if overnight. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer at 500 degrees or cook on grill.
