LO-CAL MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 med. broccoli stalk, broken into florets
1 sm. cauliflower head, broken into florets
1 lg. green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 med. cucumbers, sliced
4 med. carrots, pared and sliced
10 cherry tomatoes, stems removed
1 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing

Combine vegetables. Add Italian dressing. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
