CORN CHOWDER 
1 onion, chopped
6 potatoes, cubed
4-5 carrots, sliced
Water
2 cans corn
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans evaporated milk
1 stick butter
2 cans cream style corn

Put into large pot the onion, potatoes, and carrots. Add enough water to cover and cook until only slightly tender. Add 2 cans corn and frozen chopped broccoli. Cook 5 to 10 minutes. Add 2 cans evaporated milk, the stick of butter and 2 cans cream style corn. Heat until hot; do not boil.
